Dawnline is an automated cryptocurrency intelligence briefing service operated by VERA Vigil ("we", "us", "our"). The service generates daily market analysis briefs using artificial intelligence and delivers them via email, Slack, Discord, or other configured channels.
Dawnline is a publisher of financial information and analysis. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading adviser with any regulatory body including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), or any state securities regulator.
We rely on the publisher's exclusion under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Section 202(a)(11)(D), which excludes from the definition of "investment adviser" any publisher of a bona fide newspaper, news column, newsletter, or business or financial publication of general and regular circulation.
